Addiction is a major workplace issue, costing companies billions and otherwise good employees. Yet most corporations know very little about how to manage this devastating disorder, outside of sending someone to mandatory AA meetings or forcing employees to submit to random urinalysis. This workshop gives managers effective tools to recognize and communicate about substance use in a positive, non-shaming manner; tools that build trust between the employee and employer and motivate the user to change.
